To Dear Friend. I was absent and was not able to answer you. Sorry but I am most difficult to communicate. Program: I am scheduled until the end of the month (January) after the 1st February I have to be very near Chiloe for preestablished plans. I think you could be in my house to talk and plan between the 20 Jan. and February. I cannot be with you in Chiloe, but introduce you, be satisfied with the proposed plan and your assurance to work in peace, but Ill be able to visit you only. Special clothes: raincoat, galoshes or boots. Daytime rather warm, every night chilly. Equipment: small. Travel: plane, occasionally motorcar, train. I have all possibilities to have you in our house (indefinitely) but away possibilities decrease. Inflation is great. If you arrive and go first to Chiloe (without me) Ill have everything arranged. Ill follow later. Do come, otherwise plans will become old and sour. Let us do our best but do not count too much with me. The text I will do with all my heart. Wellcome!
